Steven Otey Pemberton, Jr., 60, of St. Stephens Church, Virginia, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, January 6, 2025. Survivors include his daughters, Whitney Pemberton and Lacy Pemberton; father, Steven Otey Pemberton, Sr.; mother, Carole Snyder; brothers, Kenneth and Brian Pemberton; and sister, Crystal Phillips.
Steven owned and worked for Eastern Plumbing and Heating. He enjoyed the great outdoors, hunting, fishing, and taking trips to the mountains. Steven also played the guitar. He had a contagious laugh & loved to sit around & share stories about the good ol days. he will be missed dearly by all of his friends & family
