Patsy Barnes Johnson

She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Randy Johnson, her children Tina Burkett (Greg), Tonya Chiarizia (Brian), Kevin Johnson, Ross Johnson (Heather), numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, brothers Richard Kinzer (Jeannie) and James Butner (Pat), sisters-in-law Nancy Cheatham and Jacque Armentrout, nieces and nephews and many dear friends, including her life-long best friend, Judy Forloines.

Patsy was the owner of Patsy's Fountain at Blair's Drug Store in Mechanicsville, VA for 10 years. She enjoyed her retirement years at the campground on the Mattaponi River.

A celebration of her life will be held at 2:00 on Monday, May 12, 2025 at the Glendale Ruritan Club (6188 Charles City Road, Henrico, VA 23231).
