Gail H. Dallmeyer, 71, of Richmond, Virginia, passed at her home on Saturday, February 10, 2024. She was preceded in death by her father, L. Warren Hatchel, and mother, Manchee Hatchel; and son, Carl Phillips. Survivors include her husband, John W. Dallmeyer III sons, Jason E. Phillips and John Travis Dallmeyer; grandchildren, Katie Sullenberger, Jonathan Phillips, Christina Kobav-Hogue, and Savannah Phillips; five great-grandchildren; and sibling Pam Wylie.
Gail retired from Lawrence Dodge in Richmond. In her spare time, she enjoyed doing arts and crafts.
