Patty Chambers Jefferson

Patty was born on July 1, 1957 to the parents of Earl and Jacqueline Chambers in Clifton Forge, Virginia.

Patty lived her life filled with passion and service towards others. Her final resting place was in the town that she loved, Charlottesville, Virginia, where she resided with Chloe, her dear dog. She was a loyal Pittsburgh Steelers fan, enjoyed the quiet times of nature that surrounded her home, and quickly established life-long friendships with those she met along the way. She was always willing to lend a helping hand and spread joy with a smile on her face.

She is survived by her sister Barbara Lewis and sons, her brother Stewart Chambers and his wife Carolyn and their daughters, and her sister Kathy Byrd and her husband James, and their children. She was also blessed with two great nieces and a great nephew.

Patty Chambers Jefferson, was a true example of loyalty, kindness, and love. Her legacy will live on through those that knew her and loved her, as she passes on to her eternal rest.
